The Enbridge Ride to Conquer Cancer® is a unique, two-day cycling event to take place on July 7-8, 2012. During this bold cycling journey, you will ride throughout Quebec’s countryside! The Ride is a brand new endeavour to do just that - Conquer Cancer.

The money you raise for The Enbridge Ride to Conquer Cancer will help fund cancer research and care at the Segal Cancer Centre at the Jewish General Hospital and throughout Quebec. Funds will be used to support research and new technologies in the areas of molecular diagnostics, functional imaging, biomarkers, molecular target discovery and validation, and advanced targeted radiation therapy. In other words, your epic ride will accelerate the conquest of cancer. Period.

You’ll proudly cycle out of Montreal and follow the urban landscape as it gradually gives way to rustic farmland.

Day One culminates in a special afternoon and evening of entertainment and socializing with an overnight camp under the starry Canadian sky.

Day Two will lead you further through the inspiring landscape, providing breathtaking views of quaint villages nestled in the countryside and centuries-old architectural landmarks steeped in the rich history of the region. As you continue to meander down treelined country roads, the distant skyline will beckon you towards the Finish Line — a high energy, celebration of your epic journey and your amazing impact in the quest to conquer cancer.
